Description
This trail quickly enters the Three Sisters Wilderness Area and soon passes Blow and Doris Lakes. The trail ends at its junction with the Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) which then provides access to the many lakes and remote old growth forests along the PCT and around Mink Lake. A bike or car shuttle between trailheads allows a hike on to Lucky Lake via the Senoj Lake Trail.
The trail enters the Three Sisters Wilderness Area shortly after leaving the trailhead. Wilderness Permits are required for both day-use and overnight travel in the Wilderness from Memorial Day Weekend until Oct. 31. Permits are available at the trailhead.
