Weather information for the San Diego area is provided below. Average temperatures, climate details and current forecasts are included!
Climate
San Diego has one of the nicest climates in the country. The combination of the low latitude and proximity to the ocean make the city warm and sunny for most of the year. Summers are mild and only rarely hot when winds from the desert blow in. Winter and spring are cool and comfortable, with most of the annual precipitation, and have only a small temperature difference from summer months. The temperature ranges become more extreme as you travel from the coast to the eastern suburbs.
