In Newberry National Volcanic Monument. Connector trail from Lost Lake Trail No. 3958.2 near Pumice Flat to the Crater Rim Trail No. 3957. Steep in places. Scenic views of the Big Obsidian Flow.

Bears are a common occurrence in Newberry Caldera. Please be Bear Safe and be aware of and follow all food storage regulations.
