Description
Named for the tragic Donner Party who suffered cold, deprivation and death on their way to California, Donner Lake is a clear, cool mountain lake, surrounded by trails. In summer, the lake is popular with boaters, swimmers, anglers and water skiers, and there are over 150 camp sites on offer through the associated park.
