Description
The trail is steep and narrow, gaining almost 800 feet in elevation in less than one mile. The last ¼ mile is a bit of a scramble. The trail ends at the rock formations.
Castle Canyon, a short day hike into the Mt. Hood Wilderness, leads to interesting tower-like rock formations.
